Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm + 2pm-10pm + 10pm-6am on rotation (may be required to work occasional weekends)

We are now looking for a Transport Administrator to provide administrative support within our transport operations, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with regulations, and smooth coordination between drivers, planners, and customers.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Maintain accurate transport records and documentation
- Process driver paperwork and update systems promptly
- Support compliance with legal and company transport standards
- Liaise with drivers, planners, and other departments to resolve queries
- Assist with scheduling and route planning where required
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support operational decisions
