Fork Lift/Reach Truck Driver/Warehouse Operative (Regular Days) – Pay Rate: £29,835 (£13.50p/h) per annum – Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) – Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 06:00‑14:30 (may extend to 16:30 during busy periods) – Location: Burton on Trent – DE13 0BB
Role Description
We’re now looking for a FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.
Typical Shift:
- Tipping trailers
- Putting stock away after checking quantity and quality
- Handling manual tasks, including loading and unloading items up to 20kg
- Using MHE – LLOP, Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT
- General housekeeping of the warehouse
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months practical experience and/or a license in either counterbalance or Reach FLT (external or in‑house) is essential
- Have a friendly, flexible, can‑do attitude
- Excellent organisational skills with speed and accuracy
- Flexible attitude to working hours – shift length may vary during busy times; you may be required to work up to 10.5 hours per shift
