TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Coordinating the picking and loading of alcohol / white goods / furniture onto your assigned vehicle prior to delivery
- Accompanying and assisting driver with unloading deliveries at licensed premises or homes
- Staying in touch with the transport team to advise of any problems
- Completing relevant processes on an electronic handheld device
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Have previous experience of working with volume orders
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage their own workload
- Can perform simple maths calculations
- Previous experience as a Driver's Mate, within a similar environment would be ideal
