A Typical Day May Involve:

  • Working on the service delivery team
  • Managing customer requests - dealing with quotes, complaints, general queries & compliance documentation.
  • Working within the SLA timeframe
  • High use of system work – lots of attention to detail

Skills and Experience:

  • Can manage your own workload
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, etc
  • Previous admin work
  • Previous customer service skills
  • Accuracy of data is highly ideal
  • Can work in a fast paced environment
