We are looking for a Site Inventory Manager with exceptional inventory expertise, WMS and leadership skills to manage complex, high-value stock across multiple retail and e-commerce contracts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage stock integrity and inventory processes to minimize contractual stock loss and ensure accurate system data.
  • Oversee goods receipt, despatch, and reverse logistics while maintaining compliance with SOPs and customer requirements.
  • Generate and monitor KPI reports and housekeeping controls to drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop the inventory team, providing clear communication, training, and motivation to achieve site objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders and customers to deliver excellent service and maintain strong relationships through effective communication.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Have strong leadership experience in inventory and warehouse management, capable of motivating and guiding a team.
  • Have a retail and e-commerce background, comfortable working in high-volume, high-value environments with multiple contracts and customer networks.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of stock control systems and processes, including UK excise compliance.
  • Are detail-oriented and analytical, comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and system integrity checks.
  • Have extensive WMS experience across multiple systems, able to manage complex inventory processes and maintain system integrity.
  • Are adaptable and flexible, able to move between different site contracts and manage diverse stakeholders while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
