Shift patterns: Early shift. 02:45am start - 12:00pm finish. Alternative days off on a rolling 2 week rota.

Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate daily transport reports, ensuring data is captured, checked, and shared on time to support operational decision-making and "Right First Time" performance.
- Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and the wider DHL team, providing updates, resolving queries, and maintaining DHL's high customer service standards.
- Support smooth transport operations, including load planning, scheduling, POD tracking, and incident logging, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
