Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Location: Milton Keynes (MK4 3FU)

Responsibilities

  • Champion a forward‑thinking safety culture by coordinating safety arrangements, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with training and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee essential administrative functions including meeting‑room bookings, postal services, procurement activities and general office coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Act as the primary contact for hospitality and catering needs while ensuring seamless communication for deliveries, contractors and maintenance support.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with employees, management and external service providers to maintain seamless facilities operations and uphold health and safety compliance.
  • Conduct regular checks of facilities to identify repair or renovation needs, and oversee recycling, equipment disposal, cleaning and security activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in health and safety, including inspections, compliance and safe‑working practices.
  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external partners.
  • Comfortable analysing data, interpreting trends and working confidently with spreadsheets.
  • A good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Own car and a valid UK driving licence to support site‑based and external responsibilities.
