Shift patterns: Monday-Friday, Day time hours (08:00-16:00). Occasional weekend and evening working required

We’re looking for a driven, people‑focused leader who can inspire teams, maintain high operational standards, and keep our fast‑paced warehouse running smoothly. Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of up to 3 First Line Managers
  • Manage operational performance on shift to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on productivity, quality and cost
  • Complete all team performance reviews and 1-2-1s for direct reports, accurately and within timeframe
  • Working within budget to deliver customer requirements
  • Develop strong management capability through effective performance management, coaching, mentoring and development of teams and individuals
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and the customer
  • Take a continual improvement approach to operations
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse management experience at First Line Manager/Shift Manager/Supervisor level is essential
  • Experience of working within a Retail supply chain environment
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
  • Demonstrable record of delivering against targets for own area of responsibility
  • Budget and cost management knowledge
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to influence decision making and share information with the direct customer and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills - Running reports, sharing data
