A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Produce accurate inbound & outbound receiving/dispatch plans across 9 sites consisting of 40 individual dock plans ensuring a smooth inbound receiving profile.
- Perform weekly reviews with both DHL Freight (Ops & Planning) as well as inbound receiving teams to understand changes & challenges any teams may have or require. This consists of audits of actuals vs planned to support optimisation activities via KPI analysis.
- Data Analysis via deck capacity model to understand potential issues for both business & customer in a BAU environment as well as supporting new model launches or significant receiving changes that feed into decision making on receiving and market place constraints or required changes to the business.
- Assist SAP dock planners in providing dock plans and changes to be uploaded into SAP tool for LOC.

- Strong Data Experience is essential.
- Strong Operational knowledge is essential.
- Strong Microsoft Excel Knowledge, including Microsoft Office packages.
