Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm

Location: Birmingham

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Manage reporting and administrative tasks within the team to allow the Planners to focus on developing and improving the Plans.
  • To collect, analyse and present accurate data to the Planners to assist with their decision making in order to create the most optimal Plans.
  • Implement tools to streamline repetitive work to reduce the need for double or manual working.
  • Ensure a smooth operation and co-ordination between the direct team and Customer by ensuring data is distributed regularly and on time.
  • Monitor shared inbox and reply or distribute action where needed / General housekeeping.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Have previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
