Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment? We're looking for a Loadboard Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities:
- Manage and run the load board operation to ensure all orders are processed and despatched within agreed timelines.
- Liaise effectively with drivers, the admin team, first line managers, shift managers, and the transport department.
- Monitor and support the shift to ensure service delivery meets KPI targets and customer SLAs.
- Identify and escalate any issues that could impact service or performance.
- Maintain accurate system updates and records.
Qualifications:
- Previous administration or warehouse administration experience is essential.
- Strong IT literacy, with experience using JDA / Blue Yonder systems advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
