We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary point of contact for designated customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Leading customer review meetings, including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews, presenting operational performance and improvement plans
- Analysing customer and operational KPIs to identify trends, drive continuous improvement and ensure service excellence
- Managing customer escalations, coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring issues are resolved effectively and efficiently
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and supporting the successful implementation of new business and operational changes
Qualifications
- Previous Account Management, Customer Relationship Management or Client Services experience within a logistics environment
- Proven experience managing customer relationships, conducting business reviews and acting as a trusted customer contact
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, present and communicate operational KPI performance
- Demonstrated ability to identify account growth opportunities and work collaboratively with operational, commercial and support teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to manage customer escalations and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
