The CNC Wood Machinist Supervisor Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist who is ready to take the next step. This is a hands-on leadership role; you will still be operating machinery, but you will also be responsible for running the department: coordinating the team, owning the schedule, and making sure the area runs efficiently, consistently, and to the standard GB Projects is known for. We need someone who takes genuine ownership of the CNC department from the morning team briefing to the quality of the output, efficiency of the machines and the cleanliness of the workspace.
