We are looking for a reliable, safety‑focused Class 1 Night Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of goods while delivering a high standard of service to our clients. The position may involve long‑haul or regional routes, including occasional overnight stays depending on scheduling.

Salary: £40,000 per year.

Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off – 12‑hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class 1 commercial vehicle safely and professionally
  • Transport goods to and from designated locations on schedule
  • Carry out pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip vehicle and equipment checks
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and inspection documentation
  • Load and unload freight when required
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch teams and customers
  • Ensure cargo is secured correctly and report any issues promptly
  • Perform minor maintenance checks and report vehicle defects

Requirements:
