We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our London office, playing a leading role in shaping and delivering our Corporate Finance Early Careers strategy across EMEA. The role reports to the Recruitment Vice President and sits within the Office of the COO for Corporate Finance EMEA, ensuring close alignment with the M&A business and its hiring needs.
The Campus Recruiter will take ownership of all UK campus recruiting activity, alongside supporting several EMEA locations, and will manage high‑volume recruitment cycles and initiatives such as Spring Insight Week, Women’s Insight Day, and Black Heritage Insight Day.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end hiring for UK and European intern and graduate programmes, partnering with the COO’s team and sector leaders to determine hiring needs, plan campus recruitment cycles, manage interviews and assessment centres, and oversee offer processes.
- Drive the Corporate Finance university strategy, engaging universities through careers fairs, campus presentations, and in‑office events, and managing the associated EMEA campus recruiting budget.
- Design, organise, and deliver early‑careers initiatives such as Spring Insight Week, Women’s Insight Day, and Black Heritage Insight Day to develop the talent pipeline ahead of internship recruitment.
- Build and manage relationships with external campus partners to expand candidate outreach and strengthen employer branding.
- Utilise Workday as the primary Applicant Tracking System (ATS), alongside other tools for psychometric testing and interview scheduling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor on Early Careers hiring, market insights, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment, Early Careers and People Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of hiring initiatives, and partner with corporate functions (HRIS, L&D, Marketing, Legal) to support recruitment processes and initiatives.
- Coordinate with other business lines to maintain consistency across recruitment processes and support joint campus initiatives where appropriate.
- Stay informed on regional hiring nuances, including European internship regulations and third‑party university agreements.
- Play a key role in the annual graduate Training Programme (July‑August), coordinating across international teams.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, contributing to strategies that enhance diverse talent attraction.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness by managing budgets, external partnerships, and recruitment costs effectively.
- Strong academic background, with a 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in Early Careers recruitment (mandatory); experience within Investment Banking or Financial Services is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects, ideally across multiple geographies.
- A track record of developing campus strategies and delivering high‑impact outreach and events programmes.
- Experience managing high‑volume recruitment processes and organising assessment centres.
- A solid understanding of the university landscape and key drivers of target institutions across regions.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good commercial acumen, including budget management and cost‑conscious decision‑making.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems – preferably Workday (though other ATS experience is acceptable).
- Familiarity with psychometric testing tools and recruitment technologies.
