Scope
As a Graduate Financial Analyst, you will work on corporate finance engagements for companies within the Consumer M&A advisory team. You will research and analyse financial statements, economic conditions, industry developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and investment attributes of publicly traded and private companies, and gain knowledge of capital raisings and financing structures.
Responsibilities
- Support sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions.
- Research and analyze financial statements, economic conditions, industry developments, and company investment attributes.
- Assist with capital raisings and financing structure analysis.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals and provide substantive work to senior professionals.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Strong academic track record from a highly regarded university, completing final assessments in Spring or Summer 2026.
- Minimum 3 months internship experience in M&A or an equivalent role, preferably in Consumer.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work hard, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Available to begin full-time training in mid-July 2026.
