We’re looking to build on over 20 years of experience in the gas, power, and carbon offsets markets. To meet the evolving needs of our partners, we seek bright young minds eager to start their careers. The Gas, Power & Derivatives Graduate Scheme offers experience with advanced technology and data analysis to monitor market trends, flows, and prices of power, understand gas storage and transport, develop renewable energy sources like hydrogen, and learn risk hedging strategies.

What we will give you…
This is a 2-year, straight-to-desk graduate scheme. You will develop deep knowledge of your area and build your skills to become highly competent. You’ll learn from experienced team members about market operations and technical aspects relevant to your team. Teams involved include Regulatory Affairs, Power Operations, Commercial Change, Hydrogen, Power Trading, and Commercial Operations. You will understand the entire energy deal lifecycle, from intraday trading to long-term trading, and how to manage risks.
