Gazette Trinity is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our warm and lively French brasserie, where great food, genuine hospitality and real human connection sit at the heart of everything we do.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a supervisor, head waiter or senior server in a busy restaurant.
- A warm, energetic personality who lights up the room and puts guests at ease.
- Confident on the floor—comfortable moving around, leading service in the moment and being where the team needs you.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and a calm head during the busiest covers.
- A natural team player who leads by example and brings the best out of those around them.
- Available across evenings and weekends.
- French speaking is a plus.
What you'll do:
- Welcome and seat our guests with the warmth Gazette is known for.
- Lead the front-of-house team on shift, setting the pace and the standard.
- Move around the floor throughout service—checking in on tables, supporting the team and keeping things flowing.
- Handle bookings, walk-ins and the small details that make a great evening feel effortless.
- Resolve guest questions or concerns with care, charm and good judgement.
- Support the Location Managers with daily operations.
- Opening and closing routines.
