We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Litigator to join our in-house legal team, on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive litigator to handle a broad range of property-related disputes within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of property litigation matters
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide seamless client service
  • Stay abreast of developments in property and litigation law

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales
  • Minimum 10 years' PQE with a strong background in property litigation
  • Property and leasehold experience
  • Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage cases independently
  • Rights of audience
  • Dynamic individual with a highly proactive approach
  • Solution-focused
  • Experience in general commercial disputes
  • Strong in person negotiations skills required
