Key Responsibilities
- To develop and manage stakeholder relationships within assigned regional employer establishments, to promote the use and take up products and services.
- Account manage existing clients to ensure needs are met and customer satisfaction.
- Actively identify, engage, build and develop relationships with potential stakeholders and promote products, services and offerings of training.
- Providing learning solutions, support, and guidance to stakeholders regarding training and competence.
- Promoting training products and services to meet stakeholder needs.
- Develop business through various activities including telephone, mailshot, face to face and presentations.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in a similar position of developing business within education/training/apprenticeship sectors is advantageous.
- Proven track record of successfully building new business relationships.
- Account management experience with high customer satisfaction rates.
- Proven experience in meeting/exceeding targets or KPIs.
- Experience in Engineering/Construction industry would be advantageous.
- Ability to manage own workload, prioritise and remain motivated.
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
- Customer focused and strive for quality results.
- Driver and willingness to travel.
