GPRS are recruiting for a dedicated Learner Intake Officer to join a dynamic team!\\n\\nIn this role, you will facilitate the intake process for new learners, ensuring a seamless transition into educational programs. As a proactive, self-motivated professional within a fast-paced environment, you'll demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective teamwork. Your commitment to process-driven approaches will help you efficiently prioritize tasks and provide valuable advice to learners, guiding them toward their career goals.\\n\\nThis role in office based, offering free on-site parking, flexitime and a company pension.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Serve as the main point of contact for prospective learners, providing clear guidance and support before they join cohorts.\\n\\n * Oversee the on-boarding process, ensuring learners are well-prepared and feel welcomed.\\n\\n * Verify learners’ eligibility based on set criteria and manage documentation to meet deadlines and KPIs.\\n\\n * Address learner queries quickly and professionally to maintain a positive experience.\\n\\n * Build and maintain a steady pipeline of potential learners, ensuring ongoing engagement and interest.\\n\\n * Stay informed about courses and career pathways to offer tailored advice to learners.\\n\\nEssential Requirements\\n\\n * Prior experience working directly with learners or clients, ideally in an educational or training setting.\\n\\n * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks and documentation efficiently.\\n\\n * Ability to handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet KPIs.\\n\\n * Willingness to obtain a Level 2 CIAG qualification (if not already held) within six months.\\n\\n * Experience using MIS system – 1 year (preferred)\\n\\n * Enrolling Adults onto Government funded programmes\\n\\nFor more information please contact Marianne art Gazelle Recruitment
