We are proudly supporting a fantastic Ofsted rated Good training provider based in the East Midlands who are looking to grow there Engagement team. As a Engagement Officer you will support the Commercial Director in enrolling learners onto housing and commercial training programmes, ensuring excellent customer service and timely processing of invoices. Key tasks include onboarding learners, coordinating communications, assisting with sales data, and supporting marketing efforts. The role requires strong administration, relationship-building within the housing sector. About the Company: * Established for over 25 years, specializing in employment-related training and qualifications. * Focused on supporting both adults and young people from diverse backgrounds. * Provides a variety of training options, including apprenticeships and employability programmes. * Retained a \”Good\” rating in its most recent Ofsted inspection. About the role * Support the Commercial Director in generating and enrolling learners onto housing and other commercial programmes. * Provide excellent service to customers and stakeholders. * Build relationships within the housing sector to identify additional support opportunities. * Ensure Equality & Diversity practices are followed across all engagement activities. Main Responsibilities: * Onboard learners onto commercial training programmes. * Provide administrative support * Prepare and deliver information sessions prior to course start dates. * Co-ordinate communication between teams * Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information. * Maintain accurate records and reports on sales and customer support. * Assist with marketing campaigns and attend events/trade shows. * Work collaboratively within the team and liaise with colleagues as needed.
