About the role of Employer Engagement Executive Up to £38,000 DOE plus great commission structure.

  • Following your introduction into the courses, the role is to proactively contact organisations in order to promote the portfolio of digital training courses and apprenticeships from entry level to degree level.
  • Your target audience is a wide variety of organisations from local SMEs to global corporations.
  • In essence you are a Digital Transformation Consultant and acting as a consultant, you will be able to advise employers on the training and funding opportunities available to them.
  • With your excellent pipelining and planning skills you will be looking to build strong strategic partnerships with employers using a variety of different avenues.
  • Using your training analysis and work force planning skills you will be able to advise employers on where skill gaps exist currently and in the future within their organisations and provide meaningful solutions.
  • As an Employer Engagement Executive you will be professional and this will allow you to build credibility.
  • Once the employer becomes a client you will Account Manage their business to ensure they are delighted with the training their company is receiving as well as through regular meetings, identify potential account development opportunities.

  • You will either be working in the apprenticeship or further education sector, or even recruitment within a business to business role.
  • You will be able to demonstrate your effectiveness within business development.
  • With your time management and planning skills you will be able self manage and motivate yourself towards your KPIs, building a strong pipeline and robust client base.
  • You are effective at networking events which will allow you to increase your profile.
  • You must be UK based as you are required to conduct face to face meetings with your client base.
  • You must have a full, clean driving license and own vehicle
