We are hiring a skilled Azure, Intune & EUC Support Engineer responsible for supporting and maintaining Azure infrastructure services, Microsoft Intune endpoint management, and end-user computing environments. The successful candidate will provide L2/L3 technical support, ensure endpoint compliance, manage device lifecycle activities, and contribute to workplace modernization initiatives.
This role focuses on Azure infrastructure, endpoint management, security, and end-user computing support and does not include Microsoft 365/O365 application administration responsibilities.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage Microsoft Intune for enterprise endpoint management.
- Configure and maintain: Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, Endpoint Security Policies, Application Deployment & Device Restrictions.
- Administer Windows Autopilot deployments.
- Manage device enrollment and provisioning processes.
- Monitor device compliance and remediate endpoint issues.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Windows desktop and laptop environments.
- Support desktop imaging, device builds, refreshes, and migrations.
- Manage endpoint patching and software deployment activities.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration including user and group administration, device registration, conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues.
- Implement endpoint security best practices.
- Administer BitLocker encryption policies.
- Support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration and remediation.
- Assist with vulnerability management and patch compliance.
- Support security audits and compliance activities.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Practical experience designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Azure.
