We're looking for a hands‐on Detect Workstream Lead to drive delivery across a major cyber transformation programme. This role sits at the intersection of SOC operations, detection engineering, security tooling and programme delivery.
You'll own the Detect workstream roadmap, manage dependencies, challenge scope where needed, and drive outcomes across security monitoring, integrations and operational uplift activities. This is not a PMO "status tracker" role. You'll be expected to lead from the front and operate comfortably in complex enterprise security environments.
Key Experience Required- Strong Security Operations / SOC delivery background
- Experience leading cyber workstreams or transformation programmes
- SIEM and detection engineering exposure (Microsoft Sentinel desirable)
- Security monitoring, alerting and tooling integrations
- Strong stakeholder and governance management
- Working knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0
- Active SC Clearance preferred, or eligibility to obtain clearance
