Lead a large-scale mainframe modernisation programme within a complex retail supply chain environment. You’ll own end-to-end delivery across legacy transformation, working closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to migrate critical systems with minimal disruption.
Key focus:
- Drive roadmap, milestones, and delivery strategy across multi-vendor teams
- Lead migration, re-platforming, and decommissioning of legacy mainframe systems
- Oversee supply chain domains: WMS, inventory, distribution, fulfilment
- Align delivery with trading cycles and peak operational periods
- Manage risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting
- Ensure scalable, cloud-aligned target architectures (AWS/Azure exposure beneficial)

- Proven track record in mainframe or legacy transformation programmes
- Strong retail supply chain and logistics exposure
