The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic digital initiatives, including modern workplace enablement, cloud adoption, and end-user experience. These programmes are high visibility with significant business impact, requiring close engagement with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Workplace programmes
  • Drive programme governance, reporting (QBR/MSR), and milestones tracking
  • Manage senior business and IT stakeholders (Director / CXO level)
  • Own programme risks, dependencies, and mitigation planning
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (EUS, Infra, Cloud, Security, ServiceNow)
  • Ensure alignment with Microsoft technology stack (M365, Azure, Intune, etc.)
  • Drive transformation initiatives (migration, modernization, automation)
  • Manage vendor/partner interactions (OEMs, tooling providers)
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL, change management, and governance processes
  • Deliver business value outcomes (user experience, productivity, cost optimisation)

Your Profile:

  • Strong Senior Stakeholder Management experience
  • Experience in Microsoft technology ecosystem
  • 12–18+ years IT experience with 8+ years in programme/project management
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation
  • Strong governance, financial tracking, RAID management
  • Technology (Microsoft Stack): Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), Azure (IaaS/PaaS, AVD), Endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot), Identity (Azure AD, AD)
