We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive delivery across a major innovation programme focused on digital transformation, data-led insights, and operational improvement within a regulated environment.
You’ll lead agile, cross-functional teams delivering fast-paced innovation projects involving digital platforms, analytics, and emerging technologies. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business change, requiring someone comfortable navigating ambiguity whilst keeping delivery moving at pace.
Key experience required:
- 8+ years managing agile technology or innovation projects
- Strong delivery experience across Scrum, Kanban or SAFe environments
- Proven stakeholder management across technical and operational teams
- Experience delivering data, digital, analytics, or IoT-led initiatives
- Strong governance, risk, roadmap, and dependency management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
