Sage X3 Support Consultant – UK based I’m partnered with a leading UK based Sage partner that delivers end-to-end ERP solutions across Sage X3, Intacct, and related products. As their client base and project complexity continue to grow, they’re looking for a Sage X3 Support Consultant to join their established support team and play a key role in providing exceptional post-implementation service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sage X3 Consultant who enjoys problem-solving and client interaction but prefers a support-focused role without extensive travel. You’ll join a collaborative team of 10+ specialists, working closely with consultants and clients to ensure smooth system performance and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical and application support for Sage X3 and integrated solutions Act as an escalation point for complex client issues and project-related queries Collaborate with consultants to ensure seamless handovers from project delivery to support Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues efficiently Share knowledge across the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Bring Proven experience with Sage X3 (Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing modules) Strong understanding of application and technical support processes Familiarity with SEI , EMD , and third-party add-ons (e.g., Datalinx, Codeless BPA, Yooz, Spindle) Solid communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Why Join?
