We're looking for an ambitious, driven, & relationship-focused Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our growing high-performance team. As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you'll have min 2+ years experience & combine sales, business development, account management, & recruitment delivery to help clients secure exceptional talent while building long-term commercial relationships. You are responsible for developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, & managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Your role combines sales, business development, account management & candidate delivery to support clients in securing high-quality talent. You will be commercially driven, relationship-focused, & confident engaging with both clients & candidates in competitive markets. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, proactive, & motivated by growth, progression, & achievement.
You'll be responsible for:
- Winning new business & developing client accounts
- Building strong candidate & client relationships
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, sales or business development
- Proven 360 recruitment & sales experience
- Confidence in business development & consultative sales
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced markets
- Motivated, resilient, & career-focused attitude
- Passion for building networks, relationships, & market knowledge
- Experience working in UK, Europe or US recruitment highly-desirable
- Technology contract or perm preferred, open to other areas of expertise
