We're looking for an experienced SC Cleared ITSM Change Manager to support a large-scale critical infrastructure programme. This role focuses on governing and driving end-to-end change processes across complex IT environments, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and governance
- Basic networking and infrastructure understanding
- Experience coordinating third-party vendors and resolver groups
- Ability to manage Change Requests through full lifecycle
- Risk, dependency, and stakeholder management expertise
- Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), utilities, or operational technology environments is highly desirable
- Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
