We are seeking experienced Programme Managers with strong, hands‑on Space, Range and Display (SRD) experience within the food retail sector.
About the Role
You will join established SRD teams and support the delivery of a critical migration programme, working closely with business SMEs, senior stakeholders and third‑party suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate programme delivery across Space, Range and Display.
- Manage critical paths, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
- Work across range management, space planning and store display activities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business teams and external partners.
- Create clarity and maintain delivery momentum where information is limited.
- Ensure accurate planning, reporting and programme governance.
Qualifications
- Strong Programme Management and delivery experience.
- Recent experience within a food retail business.
- Hands‑on Space, Range and Display (SRD) experience.
- High proficiency in planogram generation/tools.
- Experience working across both range and display.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing third‑party suppliers.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and accuracy skills.
- Some knowledge of Blue Yonder would be beneficial.
