We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead digital product delivery within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You’ll define the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and work closely with scientific, engineering, QA, and compliance teams to deliver validated and compliant solutions.
Key experience:
- Product Owner / Business Analyst background within pharma, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of GxP, ALCOA+, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11
- Experience supporting CSV / CSA and validation processes
- Agile delivery expertise across Scrum / Kanban environments
- Ability to translate scientific or manufacturing workflows into clear user stories and requirements
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams
- Experience balancing compliance, innovation, and business priorities
Desirable:
- CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe certifications
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation, cloud, or data engineering
- Understanding of FAIR data principles and digital transformation initiatives
