We are looking for an experienced PLM Programme Manager Lead to support a major Retail PLM transformation, driving business process architecture and FlexPLM solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PLM process design, optimisation and global transformation.
- Define future-state workflows, product data models, lifecycle states and governance.
- Translate business requirements into scalable FlexPLM solutions.
- Support concept-to-product development, line and merchandise planning, materials, samples, costing, BOM, supplier collaboration and change management.
- Work with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT stakeholders.
- Support implementation, UAT, defect resolution, release management and change control.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs and user guides, delivering training and knowledge transfer.
- Strong PLM and product lifecycle management experience.
- Hands-on Retail PLM implementation or consulting, ideally FlexPLM.
- Experience leading global business process transformation.
- Expertise in product data management, BOM, workflow design, costing, materials and supplier collaboration.
- Retail, apparel, footwear, fashion, consumer goods or manufacturing experience.
Flex PLM, Cloud PLM, SAP integration, Retail PLM certification and Digital Product Creation experience are advantageous. For more information, contact Robert@gazellegc.com.
