Power System Engineer – Transmission (AEMS/Power Systems)

We’re seeking a transmission systems engineer experienced in energy management or Power System applications. You’ll support transmission-level applications ensuring stability, reliability and performance across large-scale power networks.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop and deliver Power System Applications for Transmission networks (Load Flow, Contingency Analysis, Power Factor)
• Customise and integrate AEMS/EMS platforms
• Engage directly with utilities and system operators to implement solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve software or performance issues
• Ensure compliance with operational and change-control procedures

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in Transmission EMS or AEMS environments
• Experience developing or customising applications using C++/Java
• Strong understanding of transmission system operations and modelling
• Experience with both Linux and Windows environments
• Clear communication and customer engagement skills
