A consultancy focused on cyber resilience for operational technology and critical national infrastructure is expanding its team. This role suits individuals from junior through to senior level who are ready to work with high-stakes clients, strengthen security across IT, OT and converged environments and deliver tangible improvements in risk posture.

Responsibilities

  • Identify client cyber risks and support the definition of practical, sustainable security solutions.
  • Contribute to or lead cyber risk assessments across IT, OT and CNI systems.
  • Develop or support the development of security strategies, policies and governance frameworks.
  • Deliver or assist with oversight and assurance programmes identifying and mitigating cyber risks.
  • Support or manage project delivery, including planning, documentation, stakeholder engagement and commercials.
  • Assist with or drive proposal development, including engagement scoping and estimation.
  • Support knowledge development, research and continuous improvement across the practice.
  • Mentor junior colleagues or, at senior levels, recruit and develop team members.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent discipline.
  • Interest in or possession of professional cyber qualifications such as NCSC ACP, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CWSP, CRISC or CISA.
  • Foundational to advanced experience in cybersecurity consulting or within an organisation operating OT or critical infrastructure.
  • Understanding of ICS or OT technologies and relevant security standards, including NIST, ISO 27001 and IEC 62443.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with confidence engaging clients at the appropriate level.
  • For senior candidates: proven delivery leadership and experience developing others.
