We're looking for an experienced MRO Domain Consultant to support a major aviation transformation programme focused on replacing legacy ERP systems with a modern MRO platform. This role sits at the intersection of aviation engineering, supply chain, and systems integration, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops across Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul and Supply Chain functions
- Define future-state integration requirements and business processes
- Produce functional specifications, process maps, and data mapping documentation
- Support API, event-driven, messaging, and file-based integration strategies
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Ensure alignment across multiple enterprise systems and business objectives
Required Experience
- Strong understanding of MRO processes including Planning, Scheduling, Execution, and Supply Chain
- 8+ years' consulting experience within Aviation, Engineering, or Supply Chain environments
- Experience leading workshops and managing senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of integration patterns, AWS services, and SAP BTP
- ERP migration or transformation programme experience
- Exposure to AMOS or similar aviation MRO platforms highly desirable
- Strong communication and documentation skills
