We're looking for an experienced MRO Domain Consultant to support a major aviation transformation programme focused on replacing legacy ERP systems with a modern MRO platform. This role sits at the intersection of aviation engineering, supply chain, and systems integration, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops across Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul and Supply Chain functions
  • Define future-state integration requirements and business processes
  • Produce functional specifications, process maps, and data mapping documentation
  • Support API, event-driven, messaging, and file-based integration strategies
  • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
  • Ensure alignment across multiple enterprise systems and business objectives

Required Experience

  • Strong understanding of MRO processes including Planning, Scheduling, Execution, and Supply Chain
  • 8+ years' consulting experience within Aviation, Engineering, or Supply Chain environments
  • Experience leading workshops and managing senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of integration patterns, AWS services, and SAP BTP
  • ERP migration or transformation programme experience
  • Exposure to AMOS or similar aviation MRO platforms highly desirable
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
