Business Development Manager – Clinical Trial Supply & Comparator Sourcing I am currently working with a growing pharmaceutical services organization that specializes in comparator sourcing, clinical trial supply, packaging, and medicines access solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive new business growth across pharma, biotech, and CRO clients within the clinical trials space. Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry events Manage the full sales cycle including proposals, RFIs/RFPs, pricing discussions, and negotiations Attend conferences and represent the business within the market Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and cross-sell additional services 2-3+ years’ experience in business development within comparator sourcing, clinical trial supply, or pharmaceutical services ~ Proven experience winning new business and managing client relationships ~ Excellent communication, networking, and commercial skills ~ Competitive base salary + bonus Hybrid working environment (Marlow based office) Strong long-term growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits package
