I am currently working with a growing pharmaceutical services organization that specializes in comparator sourcing, clinical trial supply, packaging, and medicines access solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive new business growth across pharma, biotech, and CRO clients within the clinical trials space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across pharma and clinical research organizations
  • Manage the full sales cycle including proposals, RFIs/RFPs, pricing discussions, and negotiations
  • Attend conferences and represent the business within the market
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and cross-sell additional services
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years' experience in business development within comparator sourcing, clinical trial supply, or pharmaceutical services
  • Proven experience winning new business and managing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of the clinical trials/pharma landscape
  • Excellent communication, networking, and commercial skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
