We’re looking for experienced OpenVMS Engineers to support a large-scale telecom environment running critical production systems. This is a hands-on operational support role focused on stability, resilience, and keeping legacy platforms running flawlessly in a 24x7 environment.
Key experience required:
- Strong OpenVMS administration experience in enterprise production environments
- Telecom or other mission-critical platform support background
- VMS DCL scripting and operational automation
- Batch jobs, queue management, monitoring, and system health checks
- Backup, restore, and disaster recovery support
- Patch management, upgrades, and OpenVMS migrations
- L2/L3 troubleshooting and incident resolution within ITIL environments
- Experience supporting high-availability platforms
- Comfortable working shifts/on-call when required
- DR testing and failover experience
- Unix/Linux integration knowledge
