We’re looking for a strong Logile Workforce Management Specialist / Analyst to support labour optimisation, forecasting, scheduling, and workforce planning across retail operations.

Key experience required:

  • Hands-on expertise with Logile WFM (or similar tools like BlueYonder/Kronos)
  • Workforce forecasting, labour modelling, and demand planning
  • Task-based scheduling and workforce optimisation
  • KPI analysis including labour cost, productivity, and schedule adherence
  • Retail workforce planning and store operations knowledge
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capability
  • Experience configuring WFM modules, labour standards, and compliance rules
  • Ability to work with Operations, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders

You will be responsible for improving labour efficiency, maintaining workforce models, supporting scheduling accuracy, and driving continuous optimisation across store operations. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to operate in fast-paced retail environments. Strong market rates available.
