We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Developer with strong exposure to the London Market insurance domain. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining robust integration solutions across the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Guidewire technical architecture combined with deep knowledge of London Market insurance processes, including delegated authority, bordereaux, syndicate operations, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integrations using the Guidewire Integration Framework, including GOSU, SOAP/REST web services, messaging, and batch processes.
  • Build integrations with London Market ecosystem systems, including delegated authority and central settlement platforms.
  • Develop plug-ins, event-firing rules, message transports, and custom API interfaces.
  • Implement solutions aligned with London Market standards, including ACORD and Blueprint Two principles.
  • Support claims workflows covering open market, delegated authority, coverholder operations, and reinsurance.
  • Manage data transformations for bordereaux, syndication, claims, and endorsements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and integration specifications.
  • Optimize integration performance across middleware and Guidewire services.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across claims, operations, and technology.
  • Collaborate with onshore, offshore, and third-party teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and PI planning.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (10+).
  • GOSU programming.
  • SOAP and REST web services.
  • Messaging and integration technologies (Kafka, MQ, ESB-based platforms).
  • JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT.
  • SQL with Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.
  • Experience with cloud deployments (AWS or Azure) is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of London Market insurance processes.
  • Delegated Authority workflows.
  • ACORD standards.
  • Bureau and regulatory reporting.
  • Claims and underwriting workflows for specialty insurance carriers.
