We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Lead for a long-term 6–12 month contract engagement focused on large-scale cloud and enterprise delivery. You’ll lead engineering teams across architecture, delivery, and platform modernisation while remaining technically hands-on when needed. Strong experience with modern software engineering practices, cloud-native delivery, APIs, DevOps, and scalable system design is essential.
Key experience required:
- Strong background in Java/.NET engineering environments
- Cloud platforms experience (Azure preferred)
- CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and engineering best practices
- Leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivery ownership
- Architecture, integration, and scalable solution design
- Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and sprint leadership
- Ability to drive quality, performance, and engineering standards
