We are seeking a Digital Workplace Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, and workplace automation solutions.

You will design, deliver, and optimise modern workplace technologies that improve productivity, collaboration, and security within an enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Share Point, One Drive, Exchange Online, and Viva.
  • Own endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Windows device lifecycle management.
  • Drive identity and security initiatives with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Defender.
  • Develop automation solutions using Power Shell, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform.
  • Provide technical leadership for workplace transformation projects and platform upgrades.
  • Collaborate with architects, security teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver secure workplace solutions.
  • Act as an escalation point and mentor engineers on complex technical issues.
  • Strong Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management expertise.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in modern workplace engineering.
  • Advanced Power Shell scripting and automation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL certifications beneficial.
