We’re supporting a major transformation programme looking for an experienced Business Process Designer to optimise and redesign enterprise-wide processes across a complex digital environment. You’ll work closely with operations, technology and business teams to map current state processes, identify inefficiencies and build scalable future-state solutions across multiple functions. This is a hands-on role for someone who can challenge poor process, simplify complexity and drive operational improvement properly rather than produce another PowerPoint nobody reads.

Key experience required:

  • Business process design and optimisation
  • BPMN, SIPOC and Value Stream Mapping
  • Process governance and compliance frameworks
  • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
  • ARIS or similar process modelling tools
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desirable
  • Telecoms, technology or large enterprise experience preferred
  • Knowledge of eTOM frameworks beneficial
