Lead Pega System Architect – Collections Transformation (6–12 Month Contract)
Critical role shaping a high-visibility collections transformation programme. You’ll own architecture end to end and operate as the technical authority across a complex, regulated banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define end to end Pega architecture across early, mid, late and legal collections journeys
- Design application structure including layering, class models and reuse strategy
- Lead implementation of Pega Collections and Customer Service frameworks
- Integrate Customer Decision Hub for Next Best Action and payment strategies
- Ensure compliance across multi-region regulatory landscapes
- Oversee integrations with core banking, CRM, payment platforms and third parties
- Own non-functional architecture: scalability, resilience, security
- Set DevOps, release and deployment standards across multiple teams
- Govern code quality and guardrail adherence
- Act as senior escalation point for all Pega architecture decisions
Requirements:
- CLSA certified
- Strong banking or FS Pega delivery background
- Deep expertise in Collections and Customer Service frameworks
- Proven CDH integration experience
- Experience leading large scale, high volume programmes
