What you’ll be doing:
- Define business architecture and drive alignment to strategic objectives
- Translate business goals into Pega artefacts: case types, SLAs, personas, KPIs
- Lead end-to-end customer/citizen journey design across channels
- Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops, challenge assumptions, prioritise value
- Ensure alignment with policy, regulatory and operating model constraints
- Partner closely with LSA to balance business intent with technical feasibility
- Drive real-world adoption by grounding solutions in operational reality
What you’ll bring:
- Strong track record as Pega Business Architect or senior BA in CRM/case management
- Deep understanding of Pega: case lifecycle, decisioning, SLAs, omnichannel
- Experience working in regulated environments
