The Role
You’ll design and deliver scalable AWS-based data platforms within a complex BFSI environment. This is hands‑on architecture, not ivory tower. Expect to own data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks end‑to‑end.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise 3-tier Medallion data architecture
- Design Snowflake semantic layers for business‑ready analytics
- Translate business needs into robust data products
- Implement AWS data services across S3, Glue, EMR, Athena, Lambda
- Enable governed data sharing via DataZone
- Drive performance, scalability, and data quality standards
What You Need
- Strong AWS data stack experience including Airflow and SageMaker
- Proven Snowflake semantic modelling expertise
- Experience delivering BI‑ready datasets and dashboards
- Solid grasp of data governance and marketplace concepts
- Background in financial services is useful but not essential
