The Role (180):
- Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture & environment.
- Identify and headhunt suitable candidates via LinkedIn recruiter
- Create & manage adverts on job boards
- Utilise the CRM and regenerate candidates for active roles
- Liaise with clients in relation to open vacancies and arrange interviews/availability with them directly.
- Negotiate salaries and finalise agreements between client and candidate
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from screening to offer/onboarding stage).
- Work toward, and exceed KPI’s
- Keep up to date with European compliance & contract laws
- 8:30am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday in office and Friday remote

The Ideal Candidate:
- 1 year+ experience in IT Recruitment (essential)
- University Degree (preferred but not essential)
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn
- Expert at taking Initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
