Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements with clarity and accuracy.
- Analyse complex data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows or systems and propose improvements to optimise business processes.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including requirements, workflows, functional specifications, and outcomes.
- Generate reports and artefacts to communicate findings effectively to varied audiences.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories to guide system or software development.
- Collaborate with QA and UAT teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet defined business requirements.
- Review test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases to ensure adequate coverage and quality.
- Monitor implemented solutions, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to support evolving business needs.
Your Profile
Essential skills / knowledge / experience
- 6 to 9 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years working as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience producing high-quality documentation.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience eliciting and documenting detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience working with business analysis and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance diverse expectations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project scopes while maintaining delivery focus.

- Agile E2 certification.
